Before founding Handy Homekare, Mackeaver served as a consultant for multiple clients across industries, including wireless communications, where he specialized in site acquisitions, lease negotiations, and collocation management. He has successfully supervised and coordinated large-scale construction and renovation projects, developed operational processes, and led cross-functional teams with a focus on precision and efficiency.
